We keep this simple, because our data practices are simple: this site collects information only when you choose to send it to us, and it does not track you.

1. What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number (optional), a budget range and your message. If you email or call us instead, we receive whatever you share with us then.

2. How your message reaches us

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service. Your submission passes through their servers on its way to us and is handled under their privacy policy.

3. How we use it

Only to reply to you and to discuss your project. We don’t sell your information, we don’t add you to marketing lists without your consent, and we share it only with people who need it to work on your project.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not run analytics. The only thing stored in your browser is a single session flag that remembers you’ve already seen the intro animation — it contains no personal data and is never sent anywhere. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some scripts and videos from content delivery networks; those providers may see the technical details of the request (such as your IP address) in the normal course of serving files.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if we work together, for the life of the project plus a reasonable period for our records.

6. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email Luxewebstudio112@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes and contact
