Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Luxe Web Studio LLC (“we”, “us”) designs and builds websites and digital experiences. You can reach us at Luxewebstudio112@gmail.com or 608 317 3284. These terms cover your use of this website and set the general basis on which we work with clients.

2. Project agreements

Every project is governed by a written agreement — our welcome document & agreement — that we share before work begins. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the project agreement controls for that project.

3. Proposals, payment and timeline

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date we send them.
• A 25% deposit is due before work begins; the remaining 75% is due on completion and before the website is launched or ownership is transferred, unless the project agreement says otherwise.
• Up to three revision rounds are included within the agreed scope.
• Our one-week timeline assumes we receive content, feedback and approvals promptly. Delays on either side extend the schedule accordingly.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we begin it.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you give us — text, images, logos, video, brand assets — and you confirm that you have the right to use it and to let us use it for your project.

5. Our work

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website and the deliverables we agreed to. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, techniques and know-how, which we license to you as part of the deliverables. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and marketing.

6. Third-party services

Websites depend on services we don’t control — hosting, domains, fonts, form delivery, payment providers and similar. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing or changes.

7. Using this website

The content and design of this site belong to Luxe Web Studio. Please don’t copy it, scrape it, or misuse the contact form (for example to send spam or anything unlawful).

8. Warranties and liability

This website and any information on it are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
